Murder only applies to humans, which a fetus is not.
A fetus is basically the first step of making a baby. Just a pile of cells.
Parasites suck out the nutrients of its host, and gives nothing in return. That is what a fetus is. It isn't sentient. It can't feel pain. It can't live for more than 5 minutes outside of its mother's womb. It is not able to do homeostasis. Until after those 9 months when the child is viable, then it is considered human, AND then it would be considered murder. Abortions happen during the fetus stage, when it is just a bunch of cells.
