Condoms and Rapists

Kind of a request, but not really since they never requested it, I just said I was going to make a stamp thanks to our conversation and a Tumblr post.

Rapists use condoms so they won't be identified. It's as simple as that. If you want to, think of them as perfect gentlemen/ladies who don't want to spread STDs including the worst one of all:
BABEHS.
